I was looking online for a diamond cross pendant, and Negar assisted me to see if it was in stock at the store. I go to the store and Negar and Barbara assisted me in buying the diamond cross pendant along with a gold chain. Both were very helpful and respectful to me! One of my new favorite jewelry stores!

I had the best experience coming to Helzberg. I wanted a rose gold ring that could only come from online purchases and needed it shipped to store due to moving issues. I was also told that it would be available until Feb 6th plus shipping. Alaa, Negar, Barbara went out of their way to order the ring within days. They were so nice and accommodating I can only recommend them for diamonds moving forward. I also purchased diamond earrings they are resetting and recreating to fit my preference. I will only go here moving forward. Highly recommend.

Rueben, Barbie, Angeline and Sumalee are the best team ever! They work hard to make sure their customers leave happy! I could have hugged Rueben once I picked up my soldered rings after giving him the craziest description for how I wanted the band cut and molded to my low set engagement ring. These guys are seriously the best!!

I’ve visited this Helzberg location in the past, and I can genuinely say there’s a noticeable difference now — in the best way. I came in with a ruby that needed a very specific setting, and the store manager, Negar Miri, went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. She was patient, knowledgeable, and truly committed to making sure my stone was set beautifully and securely. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish, and everything was delivered exactly as promised. I’m incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism Negar brought to the experience. This store has really elevated its service, and I highly recommend it.

Shalryn Zheng was very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Very sweet and patient when I asked to try in numerous bands with my engagement ring. But also felt zero pressure to “hurry” or make a decision right away. Overall experience 5 stars by far! She also carried a genuine smile which I found comforting and friendly and help ease any anxiousness I had stepping in.

Barbara at Helzburg Alderwood was AMAZING! She helped me select a gold chain for my husbands birthday and when I told her I wanted to continue to "shop around the mall," there was no pressure. I returned a few days later and the piece I had chosen was sold out! Barbara herself transferred the item from the Tukwila store that day so that I could have the gift that evening for my husband's birthday. Excellent Customer Service unlike any found in stores today.

Excellent customer service, expedited. Negar & Barbara made great suggestions for a custom ring (enhancer), and they started the process ti order the right pieces and get them to their jeweler for the work expeditiously with an amazing turnaround time. The ring turned out beautifully and the work required was done quickly despite short notice. Thanks!

Went in for a cleaning and found out one of the diamonds on my band was loose. The jeweler was able to fix it quickly on the spot, which I really appreciated because I didn’t have to leave my ring behind or wait to get it back. I always receive such great customer service whenever I visit. Angeline is always so helpful, kind, and welcoming. Highly recommend!
